It's gentle and very easy to use VT Cosmetics' boxed masks come with tweezers and a place to store them, which is nice

PurealRed Glow Essence MaskI feel like my skin looks instantly brighter when I take this mask off! I generally like how Pureal masks come with lots of serum too (though it does drip) The serum is thick, so it takes a little while to absorb, which might not be for everyone. It's also really moisturizing, and even though it contains retinol, it doesn't make my skin peel, so I use it the night before a special occasion. There's still serum left after I finish the mask, so I put in a compressed sheet mask and get one more use out of it.

PurealMatcha Soothing Essence MaskThis is Pureal's new sheet mask 🍵 (September release) As always, it's packed with essence. It has a faint matcha scent. The essence is thick, so after removing the mask, it takes a little while to fully absorb. It feels refreshing and moisturizing. I also feel like it makes my skin look a little more translucent. I'm happy that it also contains Japanese and Chinese herbal extracts, so it helps care for irritated skin too.

It was nice for gently moisturizing and cooling my skin on days when I'd gotten a lot of UV exposure. I used it as is without putting it in the fridge, so it doesn't get ice-cold or anything, but on the other hand, I felt that might make it easy to use even for people who are sensitive to irritation. I'll probably use it more in hot weather than in the coming season 🦭🧊

Maybe because it contains fermented ingredients, first-time users might feel a little tingling. Personally, when my pores are bothering me, I feel a fizzy tingling sensation (it doesn't hurt!), but when they're not, I don't feel any tingling. You can slather it on places other than your face too.

I bought it right away when I saw that the Alpha Arbutin Serum, which is available as a serum, had come out as a daily mask. The masks are relatively thin, but since they aren't marketed as being highly moisturizing, I think they're good enough. The liquid is lightweight, but my skin feels a little sticky after use and moderately moisturized. It says it works on acne scars, but I haven't noticed any effects yet.

It doesn't contain any weird irritants or harsh ingredients, so when I use it when I just need simple hydration care, my skin issues tend to clear up more easily. I also use it to soothe my skin when I've overdone it with intensive skincare, and when I don't want my makeup to dry out the next day, using this at night and a vitamin C mask in the morning gives me the best makeup application and staying power. It's a mask I often take with me when I travel, and when I go to Korea, it's usually cheap with a 1+1 deal, so I always stock up. I'll keep repurchasing it. It's great value too!
