  Nosca9 Cleansing Water

I often use cleansing water before cleansing to wipe off most of my makeup, but this one is a hard no for me🥲 It doesn't remove my makeup, and honestly it doesn't feel that different from wiping my face with a tissue dampened with water. Did they prioritize skincare benefits over cleansing power? But then again, I didn't notice any particular skincare or soothing effects either, so honestly, it does nothing😭 It's a large bottle and good value for money, but I probably won't buy it again...

As a cleanser, it's too gentle, and if you want a face wash there are other products If you're using it as a cleanser, the reason it has to be this one is because
