About Terminalia Ferdinandiana Seed Oil
Terminalia Ferdinandiana Seed Oil is an oil obtained by pressing Kakadu plum seeds.[1] Because it consists mainly of fatty components obtained from the seeds of Kakadu plum, it mixes more readily with oils than with water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while reducing the feeling of rapid moisture loss. In cosmetics, it is used to slow the oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen, reduce friction and add a smooth feel to skin or hair, and reduce hair tangling and roughness for smoother hair.[2] It is also used to attract water to the formula and skin’s surface and help maintain moisture, and to help protect the skin from external factors.[2]
