About Sodium Sesameseedate
Sodium Sesameseedate is the sodium salt of fatty acids derived from sesame oil.[1] It has a structure containing both water-attracting and oil-attracting parts, so cleansing power, foam, and sensory feel may vary with the concentration and the surfactants used alongside it. In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities wash away with water, create emulsified formulations in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and adjust a formulation's viscosity and flow.[2]
