About Sodium Avocadoate
Sodium Avocadoate is the sodium salt of fatty acids derived from avocado oil.[1] Because it has both water-attracting and oil-attracting portions, its cleansing power, foam, and feel may vary depending on the concentration and the surfactants used with it. In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and dirt rinse away with water, create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly blended, and adjust the viscosity and flow of the formula.[2]
