About Lauryl/Myristyl Wheat Bran/Straw Glycosides
Lauryl/Myristyl Wheat Bran/Straw Glycosides is an ingredient obtained by glycosylating a mixture of monosaccharides derived from hydrolyzed wheat bran and hydrolyzed wheat straw with lauryl and myristyl alcohols.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to help sebum and impurities rinse away with water, create emulsified formulas in which water and oil are evenly mixed, and help keep the emulsion from separating easily. It is also used to increase the amount of foam and help it last, and to adjust the viscosity and flow of formulas.[2] [2]
