About Kluyveromyces/Lactobacillus/Evening Primrose Flower Oil Ferment Filtrate

Kluyveromyces/Lactobacillus/evening primrose flower oil ferment filtrate is an ingredient obtained by fermenting a volatile oil derived from evening primrose flowers with Kluyveromyces and Lactobacillus, followed by filtration.[1] Because fatty components obtained from the flowers of the evening primrose flower oil are central, it mixes better with oil than water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while reducing the feeling of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to slow oxidation of formula ingredients caused by reactions with oxygen, provide a temporarily tightening, astringent feel on the skin or scalp, and lighten color on the hair or skin.[2] It is also used to reduce hair tangling and a rough feel, leaving hair smooth and neat; to leave the skin surface soft and smooth; and to protect the skin from external factors.[2]
