About Hydrogenated Fish Oil
Hydrogenated Fish Oil is an ingredient obtained by controlled hydrogenation of fish oil.[1] Because it primarily consists of fatty components obtained from hydrogenated fish, it mixes more readily with oil than water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while reducing the feeling of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to reduce friction on skin or hair and add a smooth feel, and to leave the skin's surface feeling soft and smooth.[2]
