About Calophyllum Inophyllum Seed Oil
Calophyllum inophyllum seed oil is a nonvolatile oil obtained by pressing calophyllum seeds.[1] Because it mainly consists of fatty components obtained from calophyllum seeds, it mixes better with oils than with water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while reducing the feeling of moisture evaporating quickly. In cosmetics, it is used to inhibit microbial growth, slow the rate at which formula ingredients oxidize through reactions with oxygen, and reduce hair tangling and roughness for a smoother finish.[2] It is also used to keep the teeth and mouth clean and fresh, leave the skin surface feeling soft and smooth, and reduce changes to the product and formula ingredients caused by ultraviolet light.[2]
