About Bacillus/Rice Bran Extract/Soybean Extract Ferment Filtrate
Bacillus/Rice Bran Extract/Soybean Extract Ferment Filtrate is a liquid obtained by fermenting rice bran extract and soybean extract with Bacillus and filtering it.[1] In cosmetics, it is used to slow the rate at which formula ingredients oxidize through reaction with oxygen, to reduce friction on the skin or hair and add a smooth feel, and to smooth hair by reducing tangling and rough feel.[2] It is also used to keep a desired hair shape from becoming disheveled, to draw moisture to the formula and skin surface and help maintain a moisturized feel, and to leave the skin's surface feeling soft and smooth.[2]
