About Abies Alba Cone Oil
Abies Alba Cone Oil is an oil primarily composed of lipophilic components.[1] Because it is primarily composed of fatty components obtained from Abies alba cones, it mixes better with oils than with water and is suitable for adding slip and a supple feel to skin or hair while helping reduce the feeling of moisture evaporating quickly. The more evenly it mixes into the oil phase, the more easily it spreads without dragging during application and the more likely it is to leave a supple feel after drying. In cosmetics, it is used to add fragrance to a product or adjust the characteristic odor of raw materials.[1] In Europe, only raw materials with a peroxide value below 10 mmol/L may be used.[2]
