La Roche-PosayCicaplast Baume B5+1 monthI was curious about La Roche-Posay because it's really famous, and I'd also heard that a lot of my friends and people around me use it. But I got a great opportunity to visit a La Roche-Posay pop-up and learn more about the products firsthand! First of all, this Cicaplast Baume B5+ is really effective at controlling sebum and moisturizing. And when you think of a balm, you usually expect it to be really thick and heavy, and it's easy for it to feel oily after applying, but even though this product definitely is super moisturizing, it's smooth, non-greasy, and doesn't feel suffocating, so I think it's really niceee

HanyulPure Artemisia Watery Calming Fluid1 year or moreFirst off, I use Hanyul's Pure Artemisia line for my skincare routine!! The Pure Artemisia toner replenishes moisture without feeling sticky, and finishing up with the Pure Artemisia Watery Calming Fluid feels nice without being too heavy. Lotions can sometimes feel really suffocating and leave a greasy finish, but this one is light and gentle, so I think it's suitable for anyone to use without any worries!

HanyulPure Artemisia Watery Calming Toner1 year or moreI've been consistently using Hanyul's Pure Artemisia line for my basic skincare! I've been using it for over 5 years now, that's how attached I am to it. Most of all, I love that it's gentle and non-irritating, and the scent isn't overpowering either haha. The texture is runny just like water and isn't sticky at all, so I recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin or looking for a lightweight product!!

NumbuzinNo.9 NAD+ PDRN Glow Boosting Toner1 monthThis is Numbuzin's No.9 toner. I like the No.9 sheet mask, so I was curious and bought it. It's slightly thick, with a texture that's neither too watery nor sticky—just right. I have thin, oily, sensitive skin, but I was able to use it without any particular redness or irritation. The fact that it's fragrance-free also makes it easy to use. It's good value for money, and my skin feels moisturized after using it, so I like it.

sumuadiGreen Caviar Moisture Lock In Cream3 monthsI first started using this cream after receiving it as a gift at an event. I originally used it as part of my nighttime moisturizing routine, but when I attended a makeup lesson, they also used it as a moisturizing cream before applying makeup! Once I learned that I could use it in the morning before makeup too, I liked it so much that I repurchased it. I love that the texture isn't too heavy but still feels deeply moisturizing. It doesn't feel too heavy even when used before makeup, and another great thing about it is how easy it is to use at any time of day, from morning skincare to nighttime moisturizing. It's formulated with a fermented extract derived from green caviar and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. My skin tends to become sensitive during seasonal changes due to pollen and other factors, so I make sure to apply it thoroughly not only to my face but also down to my neck. It's a reliable cream for my daily skincare routine that feels lightweight while still providing plenty of moisture.

VT CosmeticsVitamin C Astaxanthin Serum1 weekA vitamin C x astaxanthin serum I've used a few high-concentration vitamin C serums before and never really noticed anything, but this one is different! A few hours after applying it, I felt like my dull skin suddenly looked brighter! I use it as my nighttime beauty salon, and by morning my complexion is back to its usual dullness and redness, but it's rare to find a cosmetic product that works so quickly, so I really like it. I'm hoping that with continued use, my skin will look more translucent.

DecorteLiposome Advanced Repair Serum1 year or moreMy skin feels completely different the next morning—so much smoother...! I was amazed the first time I used it🥹 Just adding it to my usual skincare routine keeps my skin properly moisturized until morning, and I hardly notice any dryness anymore!! It's a little pricey, but considering how it feels and how moisturizing it is, I think it's good value for money. I love it so much now that I'd be in trouble if I ran out🥹 I definitely want to keep repurchasing it🔁 Also, since it's not irritating, I think it's an absolute winner as a gift for friends🎁 too!

Ginza HarichPremium Rich Plus1 monthI tried this product from a cosmetic acupuncture salon at Hiro Odagiri's POPUP, found it really easy to use, and bought it. Usually I start noticing dryness when fall comes around, but when I use this, dryness doesn't bother me at all...! I was amazed! It says to use four pumps each time, but it spreads really well, and being the cheapskate I am, I only use one pump, but my skin has been feeling great! lol I think this product is amazing value for money!

Hada LaboShirojyun Whitening Milky Lotion1 weekI wasn't expecting anything at all, but using it together with the toner was sooo good. It worked way better than I expected The inflammation went down!! It does feel a little sticky, but more importantly my skin is in great condition and I'm so happy!

Hada LaboShirojyun Premium Whitening Lotion1 weekIt's gentle and easy to use, and I feel like the inflammation in my skin has calmed down!! It made me realize how important simple skincare is!!! The texture feels like it's somewhere between a watery toner and a thicker, more viscous one.

D'AlbaWhite Truffle Vital Spray Serum1 year or moreWhen it comes to fall and winter problems…!!!!!! Isn't it dry, flaky skin??? My throat feels more scratchy than dry, but my face definitely gets dry and flaky, right? 😳 I have a portable item I recommend for times like that! D'Alba's classic mist! I love this so much that I pick it as one of my best cosmetics every year, but if you're carrying it around, I recommend the small size! You can get it at Don Quijote and other stores now, and if you want to stock up all at once with something like a set of 5 minis, I recommend Qoo10's Mega Sale 💭💖

artnaturalsSalicylic Acid Balancing Formula Serum1 weekAnyway, this salicylic acid serum is such a bargain! Trying out the 10ml size! You can get it on iHerb! I've been using a slightly more expensive peeling serum, and if this works, I want to switch to this one. So far I haven't noticed any dramatic results! I'll report back if it's good 💭💭

BiodanceCaviar PDRN Jelly Serum Mist3 monthsIt's a jelly-type mist that you use without shaking. It sprays pretty forcefully, so your face gets soaking wet. So I felt like it might be better not to use it after applying makeup. But the moisturized feeling lasts, so it's been really useful as a hydrating product. It's only about 50 ml, so honestly, I feel like the value for money might be kinda meh~.

COSRXThe Alpha-Arbutin 2 Discoloration Care Serum1 monthI bought this because it contains lots of ingredients that seemed good for treating dullness! It's lightweight, and even I, whose skin is easily irritated by high-concentration ingredients, was able to use this serum. But I'm a little scared to use it every morning and night, so at the time of posting, I'm only using it in the morning. It feels light, so it seems like it would pair well with heavier skincare too. I haven't seen a dramatic change! But I do feel like my skin has been doing better, so with high hopes for the ingredients too, I want to repurchase it 🫶🏻

Clear TurnGomenne Suhada Mukumi-chan Eye Serum6 monthsI first got this as a giveaway prize, and after trying it, it was so good that I bought it again. It's a serum you use after toner, and since it comes in a tube with a rollerball, it's super easy to apply. When I use it on eyes tired from looking at my phone or computer, I can massage them while applying the serum, so it's really convenient. And it's affordable too (about 1,380 yen online), which is exactly what you'd expect from Kose. Even when I'm short on time in the morning, I can quickly massage my eyes and reduce puffiness, so I definitely want everyone to try this.

CliniqueClarifying Lotion 21 year or moreI love this exfoliating toner and keep repurchasing it. It's a little on the harsh side, but even with my sensitive skin, it's not enough to cause any irritation. I recommend soaking a cotton pad with it after washing your face and wiping your skin, since it removes more dirt and residue than usual. Also, when I'm short on time, I use this toner to quickly wipe my face as soon as I get home and remove my makeup and any dirt I picked up outside. It's not the recommended way to use it, but since it removes both makeup and dirt, I highly recommend it to anyone who finds it too much of a hassle to take their makeup off right after getting home!!

innisfreeRetinol Green Tea PDRN Firming Serum1 year or moreThis is one of my favorite serums from innisfree. Retinol is the main ingredient, and it’s a little irritating for my sensitive skin, so I only use it at night every other day. It contains retinol and PDRN, so I mainly use it for my pore concerns. So in fall and winter, I focus on using it on my nose and the area around it, where my pores bother me. When I use this, it feels like it keeps my pores from opening all the way and nicely tightened them up for me, so I love using it.

Advanced ClinicalsRetinol Serum Anti-Wrinkle1 year or moreI buy this on iHerb and use it. I've been using it for years, and it's not very irritating, and I've never had any peeling from it, so it's an easy-to-use retinol serum. The downside is that the texture is rich, so it feels a little sticky, and it's hard to apply the next skincare product until this has absorbed. It's affordable too, so this is a serum I'd like to repurchase when I run out.
