NumbuzinNo.5 Glutathione TXA Advanced Dark Spot Ampoule ConcentrateThis is the type of serum where you mix in the powder when you open it, but it took forever for the powder to come down, so it was a struggle at first. The serum is watery with no thickness. The glutathione smell is pretty intense, which makes me feel like it might actually work. After using it consistently, I do feel like my skin tone is getting brighter, or rather, more even. I can only use it at night because of the smell, but there's a good chance I'll repurchase.

ZO Skin HealthBalancer TonerI use quite a few ZO Skin Health products regularly, and I've also been using Balancer Toner for about 4–5 years now. It can be used as an astringent toner, and I love how refreshing it feels. I think it works well for my combination skin. However, when my skin is feeling sensitive or when the seasons are changing, it can feel a little irritating, so I use it while keeping an eye on how my skin reacts.

SkinfoodCarrot Carotene Calming Water PadI also use these to wipe my face in the morning, but I mainly split one pad into two and place them on my cheeks when my skin feels dry and I want a boost of hydration. Even after leaving them on for a while, it's moisturizing enough that I need to use my hands to work the remaining liquid into my face. It absorbs quickly when I do that. Skinfood has many different types of toner pads, but I recommend these for people with dry or combination skin.

manyoGalac Niacin 3.0 EssenceI've been using this serum forever, and I've lost count of how many times I've repurchased it. It was the first Korean beauty serum that I actually saw results from, and it was also what got me hooked on Korean beauty. I use it as a first-step serum, and the texture and ingredients don't interfere with whatever I apply next, so I can use it anytime. It gets rid of dullness and makes my skin brighter and smoother. That said, it's been improved several times and is now 3.0, but for some reason, the smell has bothered me since this version came out. I also noticed the effects more with the earliest version. I first used it over five years ago, so maybe my skin has changed, but it's strange that the smell seems different.

Blanc NatureMagic Tea Tree OilI struggle with acne, so this is my third bottle. I like the tea tree scent, but apparently people who don't like it really hate the smell. I can't be bothered, so I just put it directly on my finger and apply it. There's not much in the bottle, so I don't think it's very cost-effective... It works well on red, swollen pimples. It calms them down, so I often use it together with medicated acne cream. If you struggle with big pimples that get really red and swollen, I want you to at least give it a try.

manyoBifida Biome Aqua Barrier CreamIt's a smooth gel that spreads well and feels moisturizing too. It's not sticky. It doesn't irritate my skin, and it's fragrance-free, I think? It's a gel cream that's easy for anyone to use anywhere. But I don't feel like it has any clear beneficial effect on my skin, so I don't think I'll repurchase it.

Centellian24Madeca Toning Essence TreatmentI bought this hoping to improve my acne-prone skin. It's a large size. The bottle is thick, so it takes up space. Also, the screw-off cap is a bit of a hassle. I like the fresh green scent. I had this image of toners for irritated skin being watery, so I was surprised that this one is actually viscous and also a little irritating. I didn't feel like it was particularly effective for acne. But it was an easy-to-use toner that was somewhere between moisturizing and refreshing.

Bright Days20% Blue Azelaic Acid AZ Cream GGI liked the sample, so I bought the full-size product. I've been using it for about three months! I bought it because I only get oily around my nose, and I was concerned about shine and visible pores. I have thin skin that's easily irritated, so I was a little scared to jump straight into buying the full-size product and started with a sample. In my case, I was able to use it without any tingling or anything, so I later bought the full-size product myself. I've now been using it mainly around my nose for almost three months. When I first started using it, I felt like the greasiness around my nose when I woke up and the shine in the evening were different from usual! After continuing to use it, I feel that in my case, my pores have become much less noticeable than before. I'd been bothered by the pores on my nose for so long, so this was a really welcome change. Since I only use a small amount around my nose, it still doesn't seem anywhere near running out even after almost three months. It looked small at first, but with the way I use it, it seems like it'll last a really long time. If you're struggling with pores or oiliness around your nose, this is definitely something I'd recommend trying at least once! I received the sample from Atsumaru, the developer, on X. Derma FactoryTranexamic Acid 6% Cream【Used Up】 Bought it on Qoo10🛒 I've repurchased it and still have some in stock. The base is orange and the color stays on your skin, so I recommend using it at night rather than in the morning. The texture is a little cushiony. It doesn't feel stiff. It's not like my dark spots visibly disappear or fade, but I feel like my skin looks brighter the next morning🔅→🔆 It also gets a thumbs-up for firmness◎ But it feels stickier in the morning than when I apply it at night, so I think washing your face is a must. This may be good for people whose skin responds well to tranexamic acid and, if anything, those with dry skin~

Estée LauderAqua Charge Medicated Serum EssenceAn essence formulated with one of my favorite ingredients, Rice Power No. 11 Alpha. At first, I was using it as a full line with the lotion and cream, but the lotion and essence contain ethanol, and around the third day my skin started feeling rough and stiff, so I gave up on using the full line. Now I use each product separately, paired with ethanol-free skincare. Rice Power No. 11 Alpha is an active ingredient that improves the skin's moisture-retention ability, helping it develop the power to keep itself hydrated. For a serum, it has a rich feel and leaves my skin smooth and even. The appeal is that the day after using it, my skin feels thoroughly replenished with moisture. I can use it on its own without my skin feeling rough and stiff, but having to be careful about how I combine it with other skincare is a bit of a hassle, so I don't plan to repurchase. The Aqua Charge line was released with a formula for sensitive skin, but it seems it just wasn't right for me, since ethanol irritates my skin.

Tout VertRetino Shot 0.1This retinol product was really popular, so I bought it after reading the reviews. It just wasn't really for me. Retinol tends to give me a retinoid reaction to begin with, so I'm careful when using it. This one doesn't cause a severe reaction, but I can't use it every day. Also, with other retinol products, I sometimes notice smoother skin and improved fine lines the next day, but unfortunately I didn't get that with this one. I'm sure it depends on the person, but I probably won't repurchase it.

I could use it both as a wipe-off toner and as a partial face mask, and it was gentle on my skin and easy to use. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed and nice, and I feel like the skincare products I apply afterward absorb better. It's not cost-effective enough to buy at full price, so I plan to repurchase it during the Mega Sale.

When I first bought it, I tried the tester and thought the pink one felt lighter and seemed easier to use, so I went with this one, and it was the right choice! I also love the floral scent. I use it whenever my skin feels dry at work. It's light, so it doesn't mess up my makeup, and it moisturizes too, so I always keep it in my bag. I also use it as a hand mist. (Recommended because it doesn't feel sticky even when I'm working on the computer) I'll buy the same one again when I run out.
