Contains an advanced beauty ingredient derived from starfish that's being called next-generation retinol! The serum is bouncier than the usual Hydra masks. Thanks to this, my skin felt soooo plump and firm it was insane! The usual Lululun masks aren't sticky and feel super hydrating, but since the serum in this one is bouncy, some people might find it sticky. I'm the type who doesn't really mind stickiness, so I'm totally fine with it, but if it bothers you, trying the 7-sheet pack first is best. It really felt like, yep, that's starfish extract for you, and I was impressed

  Lululun Hydra-Az Mask Azelaic Acid I was wary of azelaic acid, but I love this one! It doesn't feel irritating, and since it's Lululun, it leaves my skin super hydrated! It's refreshing yet juicy and moisturizing, so I highly recommend using it in the morning! If I use it before doing my makeup, it moisturizes without feeling sticky, so my makeup goes on better too🫶 I've tried every type of Lululun, and even though this one feels the lightest, it's packed with hydration and is sooo good! Especially if you hate sheet masks, definitely give it a try!

  PDRN Hydrogel Mask

  I tried it for the first time recently! I don't usually like gel masks because they're hard to get to fit, but this one was good. It did give me the promised glow, but I wasn't that impressed with how hydrated my skin felt. I think it'll come down to personal preference. If you asked me if I'd buy it again... hmm, probably not.

  It's deeply moisturizing, so I use it from fall through winter. When I use it at night, my skin feels nice and firm the next morning, so this is the mask I tend to reach for when I really want my skin to look its best. It feels a little heavy, so I'd worry about my makeup breaking down if I used it in the morning, so I recommend using it at night.   Derma Laser Pro Super Glow Mask

  Pros The mask is thick and soaked in serum, and it adheres really well. There's plenty of serum left on the skin, so true to its name, it gives you that glass-skin look. However, it does feel a little sticky and a bit heavy as a base before makeup, so it might be better to use at night rather than in the morning. Cons It's so saturated that the mask feels heavy and starts sliding down. Then when I try to move the mask back up a little, the serum left on my skin drips into my eyes, and it stings like crazy.

  I love how this feels to use Since it's a daily mask, I've been using it every day for a month The thin sheet clings snugly to my face Since it's on the thinner side, I think it would eventually start to dry out if you left it on for a long time, but 10–20 minutes was totally fine. It's gentle and very easy to use VT Cosmetics' boxed masks come with tweezers and a place to store them, which is nice

  Red Glow Essence Mask

  I feel like my skin looks instantly brighter when I take this mask off! I generally like how Pureal masks come with lots of serum too (though it does drip) The serum is thick, so it takes a little while to absorb, which might not be for everyone. It's also really moisturizing, and even though it contains retinol, it doesn't make my skin peel, so I use it the night before a special occasion. There's still serum left after I finish the mask, so I put in a compressed sheet mask and get one more use out of it.

  To me, this feels like the original gel mask. Compared to the various gel masks I've tried, Essence → a lot Thickness → thick and heavy, so it slides down from the weight Time until it absorbs → one of the longest (around 4 hours. It might take all night) After taking it off → moisturized and bouncy, pores are gone That's how I'd describe it. The time it takes to absorb is a pretty big drawback, and back when I wasn't used to gel masks, I really hated the feeling of having something on my face the whole time, so I'd sometimes peel it off before it turned clear 😂 But I really love how my pores disappear after taking it off, so it's one of my favorites lol

  Reti-A Reedle Shot 100 2 Step Hydrogel Mask

  This is one of my daily masks for days when I can take it easy at home. Unlike days when I just do my usual skincare routine, this is a gel mask I want to use when I have plenty of time. I use it for some leisurely relaxation time while doing my skincare after a bath. Since it's a hydrogel mask, it adheres snugly to my skin and doesn't slip much while I leave it on, which is great. It's a two-step type from the booster to the mask, and the recommended masking time is one hour, so I incorporate it into my routine when I'm in the mood to take my time with my skincare that day. When I take it off after leaving it on for a good while, my skin feels moist and hydrated, and even the dry areas seem smoother. I can wear it while watching videos or using my phone, so I also love that I can turn downtime into skincare time or care for my skin while doing little tasks. Rather than an everyday mask for when I want something quick, or time-saving care for busy days, this is one I'd like to use as a treat-like daily mask for days when I can relax at home, such as weekends or nights when I have no plans.

  Matcha Soothing Essence Mask

  This is Pureal's new sheet mask 🍵 (September release) As always, it's packed with essence. It has a faint matcha scent. The essence is thick, so after removing the mask, it takes a little while to fully absorb. It feels refreshing and moisturizing. I also feel like it makes my skin look a little more translucent. I'm happy that it also contains Japanese and Chinese herbal extracts, so it helps care for irritated skin too.
