Apparently, once buildup occurs, it can sometimes take a while for your hair to return to its original condition.   A repeat purchase 🔁 This review is based on my long, below-the-chest hair, which is on the thicker side in terms of volume, with average strand thickness. The lather is average. It has a smooth foam and feels like it gently cleanses while leaving my hair moisturized. Even after rinsing, my hair feels sleek, and I can tell it's easier to manage. The scent is [geranium & muguet]. It's quite fragrant, and the scent lasts too. I like Melt's scent, but since it's pretty strong, I get the impression it may not be for everyone. After using the full line for about a week, “Wait, does my hair feel softer?!” “Is it getting easier to run my fingers through?” “I feel like it's getting silky...” I gradually started noticing these changes. It's one of my favorite shampoos ♡ When I think of a moisturizing type, I picture [moisturized and manageable], but for my hair, [soft and airy] feels like the best way to describe Melt Moist Shampoo.

  Mememe Moist Boost Shampoo

  It lathers really well, and it feels great to wash with, so I really like it! The scent is red kiwi 🥝 × freesia 💐, and the top notes also include pink pepper and pink grapefruit, so it has a bit of a kick and smells different from other shampoos and conditioners 👀✨ I use it together with the treatment from the same line, and I like that the scent doesn't linger too strongly after rinsing and that it leaves my hair feeling manageable. As for repurchasing, I want to try other shampoos and conditioners too, so for now I'm thinking of trying a different product next!

  My hair is soft and falls out easily, so I use this for scalp care. I cleanse my scalp with this, then use whatever shampoo I like. I used to focus on what was good for my hair, but I've realized that the foundation really is important. I'm clearly losing less hair than before, so I want to keep using this.

  On bleached and color-treated hair, it feels a little squeaky after washing. But!!!!!! It definitely works for scalp care—I've had less hair loss and fewer gray hairs. Just a small amount gets suuuper foamy, so I'd say it's great value for money! I wasn't used to the shape of the bottle at first, but it's easy to bring to public baths and hot springs, which I appreciate 🙏 Scent is a matter of preference, so I can't really say, but I like it because it's not too sweet. It has a slightly nostalgic apple scent.

  I usually use about 5~6 pumps of shampoo, but I was shocked that just one pump of this turned into a huge pile of foam. Also, it smells sooo good, like apples. Maybe it doesn't leave my hair silky because it lathers too much? I don't feel like it's right for my hair, but I use a treatment afterward, so no problem. The scent is seriously way too good, and the huge pile of foam feels like it's properly washing my scalp, which feels great, so I plan to repurchase. Hair type ・Bleached hair ・Fine ・Average amount ・Fragile ・Very wavy ・Tangles easily

  My hair is bleach- and color-damaged. I liked it and used it for about a year. The scent is sweet, kind of like apples. Some people might think it smells like their grandma's house. A little goes a long way and lathers up really well! But it leaves my hair feeling squeaky when I rinse it out. Then the treatment from the same line makes it super silky. If you're going to use it, I recommend using the whole line! It claims to prevent hair loss, but I couldn't tell while I was using it. When I switched to a different product, a crazy amount of my hair fell out. So apparently it really was preventing hair loss!

  I think the scent will be pretty polarizing... It's apparently an apple scent? but it smelled kind of forest-like to me. It smells like something you'd find in a bath additive, and I feel like it stays pretty strong until around the evening. If you're not into it, it might be a bit much. But it makes my hair really smooth and soft to the touch! I've only been using the shampoo, but a small amount lathers well and doesn't feel heavy. No issues with cleansing power either ◎ The first time I used it, even while my hair was still wet after rinsing, I could tell such a big difference that I thought, This is not how it usually feels! They should also sell single-use pouches, so if you're worried about the scent, I'd recommend starting with one of those

  It just really didn’t work for my hair type. The lather was so thick and fluffy, like I’d just used a scrub, which surprised me. But it doesn’t make my hair smooth. I do like the scent, though. (But it doesn’t smell like apples at all.) The scent is pretty strong, so the only good thing is that it still lingers in my hair the next day. The finish is dry, frizzy, and messy.
