NARS CosmeticsLight Reflecting Prismatic Setting PowderI love the limited-edition Light Reflecting powders, so I check them out every time a new shade comes out♡ The difference from the permanent version is whether or not they have a color-correcting effect. It's subtle, but I love that the limited-edition Light Reflecting powders can provide some color correction. 𓂃꙳⋆ INTERSTELLAR This one, which I'm about to finish up, is blue × purple × coral. When I use it on days when I feel like, "My face looks kind of dull," it seems to instantly brighten my complexion and give it a translucent look. CONSTELLATION Ivory × pink × lavender. Compared to the shade I'm close to finishing, the color combination is softer and seems even easier to use. I want all my powders for creating a translucent look to be Light Reflecting powders, so I bought this one too◎ 𓂃꙳⋆ I have a few other shades too, but my favorite thing about them is the subtle color-correcting effect. I also love that they contain fine pearl particles and give a finish that doesn't take away your glow, while leaving the surface feeling silky smooth. This is a powder I want to keep checking out and buying whenever new shades come out♡

EleganceAtimiel VeilI was looking for a powder highlighter, and at first I went to check out Excia's Florite Illusion, but the beauty advisor recommended this one, and I liked it, so I bought it. Elegance's sparkly packaging really does get me excited, and the fact that it was cheaper than Excia was also a deciding factor. Of the three shades, 002 has medium-sized glitter and is the perfect color that gives a wet-looking glow without leaving a white cast. It looks natural but still gives a nice dewy finish and adds dimension. Apparently, you can also use it all over your face like a face powder, buffing it in, but I mostly use it on specific areas as a highlighter. The included flat brush is perfect when I want to use it all over my face. It also seems like you get a lot of product, so it's great value for money and definitely something I'd like to repurchase.

EleganceLa Poudre Haute NuanceElegance La Poudre Haute Nuance Luxueuse VIII It instantly made my face look brighter and more glamorous It holds up well without breaking down, and I opened it before summer and used it a ton this summer It has good coverage, makes my skin look clear and brighter, and the packaging is super cute, I love it I totally get why it's so popular Anyway, I have no complaints about how it feels to use, and I'd often seen people say it breaks easily, but...this morning I hit pan on my La Poudre & it cracked... I was using it with a puff, but it seems like it might break even more, so I'm thinking I'll use a brush from now on. But it is fairly pricey, so I thought it would've been perfect if it didn't break so easily! That's why I gave it 4 stars. But I have no complaints about the finish, and I'll probably repurchase.

GivenchyPrisme Libre Setting and Finishing Loose PowderI've been using this because it worked well with Dior's liquid foundation. But it can make some areas look oddly bright, so I'm not sure about it. Silky-smooth and matte, good for summer. I'm aiming for a higher level because I want flawless, porcelain-like skin, so 4.5 stars. Maybe I'll realize how good this one is after trying other products.

TFITTranslucent Set Essential PowderI use this with TFIT's prep base on days when I don't wear foundation. The powder is super fine and gets everywhere, but it feels nice to use. Even when it starts to wear off, it does so nicely and doesn't get all goopy. It's one of my favorites.

KoséMake Keep MistI can't really tell the difference between when I use it and when I don't. But I spray this mist on a sponge and apply my foundation with it, thinking it might help my makeup last longer, so I just kind of do it. Like a good-luck-charm cosmetic? I don't have oily skin (I have dry skin), so my makeup doesn't tend to break down in the first place, which makes it hard to tell. It gives me peace of mind as a good-luck charm, so 2.5 stars.

ShiseidoEssence Skin Setting PowderI have all the shades. It keeps my skin feeling moisturized while leaving the surface silky smooth. Maybe it's because of the skincare benefits, but my skin feels softer when I use this powder. 01 Hydrating GLOW I wanted to use it with the Essence Skin Glow Foundation, so I first bought 01, the glowy version. The particles are fine, and it doesn't take away too much glow, so it makes my skin look beautiful. 02 Smoothing MATTE I was so impressed with 01 that I bought the matte version too. It's perfect for those times of year when leaving some glow makes my skin look more "greasy" than "glowy," which I don't like. 03 Pink Hydrating GLOW I bought this when it was restocked in July. It's a subtle pink shade with shimmer and pearl. The natural flush of color and pearly radiance create a glamorous, cute finish. That said, the pearl isn't too noticeable, so it looks very elegant. I love all of them. The only thing is, it's fairly small and contains just 7g of powder, so I think I'll go through it pretty quickly.

ShupongNo-Sebum PowderJust lightly apply it anytime, anywhere to freshen up greasy skin! It also helps your makeup last longer! The built-in puff makes it easy to use, and it's a convenient size to carry around, so you can quickly apply it whenever you need to💮 It's also great that it can be used in so many ways, like as powder for your bangs, blotting powder, or finishing powder😍❤️ The refreshing floral scent gives your mood a boost too🫶🏻

SrichandBare To Perfect Translucent PowderA finely milled powder with a smooth texture🫶🏻 It feels light and leaves your skin silky smooth😊 Since it's translucent, it works with any skin tone👏🏻 I love it because my makeup doesn't come off easily even with a mask, and it keeps shine at bay🥰

AlbionStudio Fine Silky QuartzI was looking for a powder that would softly blur my pores since they bother me, and I saw this recommended on social media, so I bought it. I got the yellowish one. I compared it with the pink one, but the pink added quite a lot of color to my complexion. There was also a blue one, but if it adds color in the same way, wouldn't it brighten your complexion quite a bit? An overly pale face doesn't suit me, but people who want to look as pale as possible might like it. I'd been using a powder that cost over 10,000 yen, and I felt like that one didn't do much to blur pores, so compared to that, this one seems fairly effective. But maybe I'm applying it wrong? Or using too much? I can't really tell much difference between this and powders in the 1,000-2,000 yen range. The powder itself feels cheap. Then again, the refill is 4,000 yen and the case is 1,000 yen, which is pretty cheap for a department store brand, so maybe the contents are the same as something in the 1,000-2,000 yen range. I bought the refill + case because I thought I wouldn't be able to use it without the case, but the refill comes with a lid, so you can carry it around and use it just fine. Only people who want a container with the Albion logo need to buy the case. I haven't had it for long yet, and I haven't experimented with how to apply it or spent a full day outside wearing it, so I'll see how it wears and how long it lasts before deciding whether to repurchase. Right now, I'm 50/50. It's not like I absolutely have to use this one, but well, it is cheap.

Laura MercierMatte Radiance Baked Powder CompactIt lasts so long, I feel like I could use it forever! It gives an elegant glow rather than looking super glittery. The pearl particles are very fine, but I feel like they make my pores stand out a little 💦 The powder gets all around the compact when I apply it, but once it's on my skin, it doesn't crease easily and seems to last well. It's about the size of my palm and nearly 2 cm thick, so it's not great for carrying around.

DecorteLoose PowderI always use this after foundation, and it gives natural coverage without making my face look white, so it’s really useful ☺️ Also, foundation alone can sometimes start to separate, but applying the powder helps keep it from breaking down!

DecorteLoose Powder▶︎Decorte Loose Powder ✂-------------------- \A light-diffusing face powder that melts right in/ The moment you apply it to your skin, it feels airy and light yet still moisturizing, with absolutely no powdery look✨ It naturally blurs pores and fine lines too, giving you a finish that looks like you put on a soft-focus filter. 00 translucent gives an elegant glow and makes your skin look brighter. I was worried that powder would make my skin look powdery, but that didn't happen at all💜 It doesn't break down easily even after hours, and I'm so happy that it doesn't crease much even when I'm wearing a mask🥹 The case feels so luxurious too, just as you'd expect from a department store cosmetic💎 When my makeup looks good in the morning, my mood is different all day, so it really made me realize how important base makeup is. I've only ever used tinted powders before, but this gives your skin a naturally translucent look, so if you haven't tried it yet, I definitely want you to give it a go🫶

DecorteLoose PowderThe super popular Decorte Loose Powder in shade 101 It's one of my favorite powders! The four types of powder softly blur pores and dullness, leaving skin with a natural glow and clarity. I have oily skin, but it keeps the surface of my skin smooth and silky, and even when my makeup breaks down over time, it still looks nice! The powder has a moist texture, so I feel like it adheres well too. I usually use it as a finishing layer over liquid foundation or cushion foundation. I also like it for quick outings because applying it over sunscreen gives my skin a soft, beautiful look! The puff is nice and fluffy, and I love that it lets me apply plenty of powder. I recommend working the powder into the puff first, then gently applying it to your skin for a beautiful finish. I bought it a year ago and alternate between this and the same Decorte Loose Powder in shade 00 depending on the day, but I still have plenty left. At first, it might feel a little expensive! But it's very cost-effective. Decorte powders come in so many varieties that it's hard to choose, but if you're unsure, I recommend this one ⟡.·

KoséMake Keep MistThis is the seasonal scented version of Kosé's Make Keep Mist. I bought it to help my makeup last longer. I do think my foundation and powder actually last longer, and I also use it when touching up my makeup. I was hoping it would work well enough that I wouldn't need to touch up my makeup when going out for something like a meal, but it didn't go that far; it just felt like it helped a little with creasing and things like that. My makeup lasted longer when I used Make Keep Mist, so I'm glad I bought it. However, I'd like to try something else next time.

TFITTranslucent Set Essential Powder01 White & 00 Glow I also have the Finishing Powder, but the Finishing Powder is super silky and ultra-fine, for summer and oily skin. The Essential Powder is softly silky and finely milled, so I felt like it might work well for just about everyone? 😌 It's not super moisturizing, so I'd also recommend it for people with dehydrated skin, combination skin, or anyone worried about dryness from air conditioning... ⭕️ Seems easy to use year-round Controls stickiness and shine while giving you soft, silky, semi-matte skin 00 Glow contains pearl particles that softly blur pores while adding a glowy finish, like you've applied highlighter✨ It's also cute layered on the high points of your cheeks as a highlighter👌 Seems like it'd look great in photos at dimly lit restaurants or cafes📸 Is White fragrance-free, maybe? Glow has a floral-like scent I think I'll use the Essential Powder whenever it's not summer☺️

Clé de Peau BeautéPoudre Compacte Essentielle N\Silky smooth without any dryness! Also works amazingly well with Voile Correcteur n/ I usually skip foundation and just wear primer + powder. For special occasions, I love using this as a set with Clé de Peau Beauté's Voile Correcteur n. What’s truly amazing about this powder is that it leaves the surface of my skin thoroughly silky smooth, yet I don't feel any dryness at all even as time passes. I've heard it contains some kind of technology that turns sebum into moisture to boost hydration, and it really does live up to that. I'm blown away by what a holy grail powder it is for keeping dryness at bay. The downside, though, is definitely the high price. I switch between the included puff and the brush sold separately depending on my mood and the finish I want, but when I apply it thoroughly with the puff, I feel like I go through it quickly, which makes me a little nervous. It's my "good luck charm makeup" that lifts my mood just by being in my makeup bag and that I can rely on for touch-ups in the late afternoon, but since it's pricey, I'm seriously torn between trying Elegance's Poudre next after I use this up or just repurchasing this one.

Banila CoPrime Primer Finish PowderI'd had my eye on this product for ages, and I bought it because I was worried about oiliness while at work! It's easy to reapply, and the ultra-fine powder adheres really well, so my skin feels smooth and matte all day long! I carry it around with me because I want to get rid of shine!

innisfreePore Blur PowderThere's seriously no other little miracle product like this.... There's not much powder fallout, but it still goes on super matte, so when I use this, my makeup seriously lasts all day... And it doesn't feel heavy, so it's seriously a miracle product🫶
