D'AlbaWhite Truffle Return Oil Cream CleanserWet your hands, then roll it over your face to work up a lather, gently lift off your makeup as if massaging your skin, and rinse off the foam thoroughly with lukewarm water✨ It's a fascinating cleanser that transforms from an oil into a foam, quickly lifts off makeup, and feels smooth as you wash🙌🏻 I also love how moisturizing it feels😍❤️ It's also great that there's no need to double cleanse💮

CelimaxThe Real Noni Acne Bubble CleanserOne pump gives you thick, bouncy foam, so there’s no need to lather it up yourself and it’s super easy to use◎ The fluffy foam feels nice to wash with, and my skin doesn’t feel tight afterward—it feels moisturized🤍 I use it as my morning cleanser☀️

Dr. BioDouble Layering Cleansing WaterThis is a favorite of mine that I've repurchased many times. Since it's a two-layer formula with oil, it feels like you get the best of both cleansing oil and a wipe-off cleanser, and it thoroughly removes even heavy eye makeup. However, it does inevitably leave an oily feeling after wiping, so rather than using this and calling it done, I use it more as a pre-cleanse before cleansing or washing my face.

d programEssence In Cleansing FoamI used it all up and bought it again! I have thin skin that's prone to redness, and my skin tends to get out of whack especially when I switch cleansers or face washes. I sometimes try other face washes, but after using them for a while, the redness gradually starts bothering me, and I end up coming back to d program🥲 What I like most is that it's easy to use in any season. It works well for me even when my skin is acting up, and it's reassuring to have something that makes me think, “At least I know I'll be okay with this.” It lathers well too, and I love that even a small amount makes a thick, fluffy foam🩷 Face wash is something I use every day, so I'm really grateful that I can use it without worrying about irritation and that the lather is exactly how I like it. I get tempted to try different things and stray once in a while, but this is the face wash I always end up coming back to. For now, it's my go-to!

LaundryouClean Face Cleansing Pad SoftI haven't used it for removing makeup. I've used it as a quick alternative to exfoliating or washing my face in the morning. The slit you can slip your fingers into makes it easy to use, and afterward my skin feels as moisturized as it does after finishing my entire skincare routine, which I like since I have dry skin. (Some people might find it sticky) The menthol is mild, and it feels refreshing without any irritation.

Cow Brand MutenkaGyunyu Non-Additive Make-Up Cleansing MilkSince it's a milk type, it felt gentle on my skin, but because of that, it doesn't have much cleansing power, so it's a bit weak as a cleanser. I thought it was really good for days when I'm only wearing sunscreen or otherwise don't have heavy makeup on🙆!

RosetteFace Wash Paste▶︎Rosette Face Wash Paste White Clay ✂-------------------- I tried Rosette Face Wash Paste White Clay✨ It lathers into a thick, bouncy foam, and leaves my skin feeling refreshed! For something meant for dry, sensitive skin, it felt like it really stripped away the oils, and I got the impression my skin would dry out if I didn't moisturize right after washing 😂 Since it's white clay, it apparently helps with dullness too, and I feel like my morning makeup goes on better than before💄 It's easy to pick up at the drugstore, and the value for money is great too! I think it'd be good for summer, when my skin gets oilier.

FANCLClay Gel Facial Wash▶︎FANCL Clay Gel Facial Wash ✂------------------------ It's a gel-type facial wash that doesn't need lathering🫧 It's quick and easy to use even during hectic mornings, and all you have to do is massage it into your skin in circles to thoroughly remove pore buildup and excess oil✨ When I heard it contained mud (clay), I thought it might be drying, but it leaves my skin feeling moisturized after washing and doesn't feel tight at all🙌 The texture is on the thick side, so I recommend wetting your hands and face and working it in before using it! For the pores around my nose, I massage it in using circular motions🥰 I also like that it's additive-free and focused on being gentle on the skin, which is so FANCL🙆♀️But I was a little bothered by how it felt like some product was left behind after rinsing. Free from 7 ingredients🆓 ✔️Preservatives ✔️Synthetic fragrances ✔️Synthetic colorants ✔️Petroleum-based ✔️Surfactants ✔️UV rays ✔️Absorbers

Shu UemuraBlack Oil Pore Purifying Fresh Cleansing OilI bought this because I was concerned about my pores. I'm the type who likes to take care of blackheads with cleansing products regularly, and after using this for a few days, I could see an effect on my blackheads. It blends into my skin well, and I especially like that it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy after rinsing. It emulsifies pretty quickly, and it was easy to use since I could rinse it off without any issues even when my hands were wet. I usually use a different cleanser and use this one when I'm concerned about my pores or blackheads.

CelimaxThe Real Noni Acne Bubble Cleanser
Every year, I rely on this as my summer cleanser for the season. Maybe it's because of the noni? It feels cool and refreshing to use and has a fresh scent, which I like because it wakes me up and makes me feel alert on hot, groggy mornings. I have dry skin, so it's hard for me to use in fall and winter, but if you have oily skin, it seems like you could use it year-round. I like this product, but since I only use it for a limited time and it takes forever to use up, it's not like I repurchase it over and over...

BifestaFoaming WhipIt comes out as fluffy foam right from the start, so not having to lather it up yourself is seriously so convenient👏🏻 The thick, fluffy foam lets you wash your face like you're wrapping your skin in it, and it leaves your skin feeling refreshed!! I use it as my morning cleanser to save time!

AnuaHeartleaf Pore Control Cleansing OilI gave it this rating because I personally don't like taking a long time to remove my makeup, and I didn't like how it still felt greasy even after rinsing it off. My mom, who bought it with me, felt the same way, so I don't think it's suitable for anyone who wants to remove their makeup quickly. It doesn't leave your skin feeling tight or dry, so maybe it's good for people with dry skin?

ElishacoyTetrapos Cica Peeling Toner PadAn easy-to-use peeling pad even when my skin is acting up Got it for a great deal on Mega Podo. I really like this one and would definitely repurchase ◎ I also love the fruity scent ♡ The pads are dual-sided, with a textured side and a smooth side, so you can easily exfoliate while wiping your skin. It's an exfoliating product, but it doesn't feel very irritating, and I found it easy to use even when I was worried about acne or irritated skin. My skin feels nice and smooth after using it ✨ I feel like cleansing alone might not remove all the dirt, so this is perfect for regular wipe-off care. When I use it before toner, I feel like the rest of my skincare absorbs better too. The size is pretty average, I guess? No complaints in particular! Repurchase: Yes ◎

RejuranMoisture Bubble Cleansing WaterA cleansing water developed by a cosmetics research expert to care for irritated skin!! It's a bubble cleanser, but I use it as a face wash 🫧 Since it's a foam type, it's super convenient to use in the morning 👍 Also, since it's pH 5.5, it's gentle on the skin, so people with sensitive skin can use it too! As a cleanser, it's too gentle, and if you want a face wash there are other products If you're using it as a cleanser, the reason it has to be this one is because

BeplainMung Bean pH-Balanced Cleansing FoamThis is a face wash I make sure to use once a week. It gets rid of dirt, and when I'm bothered by clogged pores or roughness, I work up a lot of lather and gently wash my face a little longer, and it gets better. It doesn't irritate my skin either, so it's a cleansing foam I can use without worrying even when my skin is acting up. I keep a backup because I get anxious when I don't have it. It's not like it has an immediate effect on anything, but it's gentle and still cleans well, so it's a product I can keep using.

Perfect OneSmooth Cleansing Balm VC7I've repurchased this so many times❣️ It removes makeup really well without leaving my skin feeling tight, and it also makes my pores less noticeable. VC7 is seriously so much better than the regular one, so I want you to try it at least once!!!!

BioreOuchi de Esthe Deep Clay Facial CleanserThe cleansing power is strong, so it's great at getting rid of clogged pores and sebaceous plugs! But it also made my skin feel dry, and it stripped away so much oil that the next day's oiliness was... I moisturized thoroughly after using it and that still happened, so I think it'll only work for certain people. I won't repurchase. I think it'd be good for people with oily skin! Since it's a clay cleanser, the texture is about as thick as a firm mud mask.

CelimaxThe Real Noni Acne Bubble Cleanser
I've repurchased this so many times with my own money—it's a favorite! It comes out as foam, so there's no need to lather it up, and the foam is more light and fluffy than dense and bouncy. It feels slightly cooling and leaves my skin feeling refreshed, so it seems like it'd be good for people with oily skin like me 🙆♀️

MinonAmino Moist Moist Milky CleansingI repurchased this over 10 times—it was my go-to cleanser for years! I've tried all kinds of cleansers, but no matter how many times I strayed, I always ended up coming back to this one, and repurchased it over 10 times. What I liked most was how my skin felt after washing. It's a milk cleanser, and I love that my skin still feels moisturized afterward. Even during times of year when pollen or UV rays make my skin prone to stinging, it was relatively easy to use on my skin and gave me the peace of mind of knowing, "I can always go back to this for now." You can get it for around 1,500 yen, and for how it feels to use, I think it's really good value for money. I also like the simple packaging and how easy it is to keep by the sink. On the other hand, having to double cleanse is a bit of a hassle. Also, since it's a milk cleanser, I feel like it takes a little longer to work it into my makeup and emulsify compared to oil cleansers and the like. I've tried various high-end department store cleansers too, but I kept coming back to this product, thinking, "For this price, this moisturized feeling after washing is more than enough." I'm currently using a cleanser from M-mark Series while I look for something that suits me even better, but Minon was such a favorite that I used over 10 bottles of it.

BifestaMicellar Eye Makeup RemoverI've probably been repurchasing this for about 10 years! I've always used Bifesta for removing eye makeup. When I ran out, I once thought, "Maybe I can just use regular cleansing oil instead?" and gave it a try, but it didn't work for me 😂 It didn't remove my eye makeup the way I wanted, so I ended up buying this again. Of course it removes eye makeup, but I also use products like double-eyelid glue, and I love how this makes those easy to remove too. Plus, one bottle lasts me about six months and costs around 800 yen. Since it's just for point makeup, it takes forever to run out, so it's really great value too. I've been using it for about 10 years, so when I ran out this time I thought, "Maybe I'll try something different for once~" but I ended up buying the same thing again 😂 It's nothing flashy, but it's my go-to cleanser that I'd be lost without.
